I haven't done one of these in quite some time and so today we will highlight a trailblazing great name. Pumpie Green became the first black player for the Red Sox which was the last team to be integrated. Thinking about it, being the first player for the last team to integrate might be just a difficult as being one of the very first black players in the major leagues.
